* **Step 1:** Click user account settings and select the admin panel section.

* **Step 2:** Click the locations section.

* **Step 3:** In this step, click the "CreateNew" button on the left top of the page and select the Sub-location/Building-part module from the dropdown box.

* **Step 4:** Sub-location name must be defined in the Parent Location box.
* **Step 5:** Sub-location depends on Location, so one of the previously created Locations should be selected as the parent Location from the Parent Location box.
* **Step 6:** Then, the Sub-location type must be selected. You can choose just Floor type in the platform from the type box.
* **Step 7:** In this type, the sub-location must be determined. For this, the Activity box should be used. Sub-location might be Data Center, Office, Restaurant, or many other things.
* **Step 8:** The Sub-location area must be input in the Area box.
* **Step 9:** In the Energy Intelligence Platform, Tags use for filtering. Tags are not required box. If you want to find your Points easily, you can define one or many tags. Finally, click the '***Create***' button.
